Vagaro Ad campaigns

I collaborated closely with Vagaro’s Paid Media team to design conversion-focused Meta/Facebook ads aimed at driving high-quality leads and long-term clients. Campaigns targeted bottom-of-funnel prospects and remarketing audiences, ensuring the right message reached the right people at the right stage of their customer journey.

  • The ads promoted Vagaro’s business management software and POS hardware, highlighting tools that help professionals streamline scheduling, payments, client management, and day-to-day operations.

  • Vagaro’s audience includes beauty, wellness, and fitness professionals—ranging from independent providers to multi-location business owners—who are looking to manage their operations more efficiently and grow their client base.

    To better resonate with these users, we ran separate campaigns by industry, allowing messaging and visuals to speak directly to each audience’s specific business needs and goals.

  • I designed Meta and Facebook ads in alignment with Vagaro’s brand guidelines, incorporating real-life imagery from Vagaro businesses and industry leaders to build credibility and trust. I crafted clear, value-driven layouts and collaborated closely with the Paid Media team to optimize creative across different ad placements and formats for performance and consistency.

Goal & Challenge

The goal was to drive high-converting leads for Vagaro, attract long-term, engaged customers and maintain a strong on-brand, professional look across all ads.

The challenge was balancing attention-grabbing visuals with brand trust and clarity, especially when targeting users who had already interacted with Vagaro but needed the final nudge to convert.

Execution

Using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects, I produced a suite of on-brand ads tailored for remarketing and bottom-of-funnel campaigns. I worked closely with Paid Media managers to optimize creative for conversion, using insights from past performance to inform layouts, formats, and visual emphasis.

I also collaborated with the Copy team and aligned closely with Support and Sales to ensure messaging remained consistent across ads, landing pages, and sales conversations.
